Breed restrictions per owner: The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has established a list of the 10 Dog Breeds Most Likely to Bite. Five of the Biting Breeds of dogs and/or Biting Breed-Mixed breed dogs are not allowed incl., but not limited to, Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, and Akitas. Five of the 10 Biting Breeds can be allowed upon approval, with planned and enforced restraints in place, and close monitoring. These are German Shepherd, Huskie, Alaskan Malamute, Great Dane, and Saint Bernard.
