There are private laundry hook ups (washer and dryer can be provided for an additional fee) located on the back patio inside a small fenced in yard. The apartment is part of a nice quiet 17 unit complex which also has an onsite laundry-mat if preferred. There is an off street shaded parking spot provided with the apartment.

Lease details and tenant requirements:

• Rent $750.00 per month

• Tenant sets up and pays own electricity bill through APS

• Tenant pays $50 flat fee per month to landlord to cover water, gas, sewer, trash services

• $750.00 Refundable Damage Deposit

• $150.00 Partially Refundable Cleaning Deposit

• The total $900 deposit plus the first month’s rent must be paid prior to move-in

• One pet allowed which would require an additional $200 in deposit and a one time $100 pet fee

• No smoking

• 12 month lease preferred

• Must be able to pass credit, background, past rental and criminal screening.

• Must be able to verify monthly income of at least 3x the rent and that income source must be steady for at least the past 6 months.
