All adults, over the age of 18, must fill out separate application; Application fee $25.00/per application. MUST contact our office for link for application. Zillow/other applications are not accepted. Applications will not be sent, reviewed or approved until the home has been viewed. Application Fees are non-refundable.

Pet Policy: Limit of 2 dogs/1 cat. Specific pets approved on a case-by-case basis. Additional pet application required for all animals, $25 per pet.

Liability insurance required and will be billed at $10.50 per month unless Renters insurance policy provided. Additional coverage required for pets.
Administration/Leasing fee of $150.00 upon move in.
Landscaping and routine pest control tenant responsibility.
Utilities included: None.
No Smoking/vaping allowed.
Occupancy limit of two persons per bedroom.
