Broadway 121 is a beautifully renovated modern apartment building just off of Mill Avenue & Broadway. The location features easy access to Arizona State University, Downtown Mill Ave entertainment, and Daley Park.

Broadway 121 features clean minimalist styling with exposed block accent walls, naturally finished concrete flooring, and beautiful quartz countertops in the large eat-in kitchens and bathrooms. Each unit features an in-unit stackable washer/dryer and a high efficiency (14 SEER) central HVAC system. Units are now outfitted with wall mounted 55" Smart TVs (easy to cut the cord) and electronic entry. One reserved & covered parking space per resident (we do not have guest parking on site). Common areas include mature palm trees overhanging a gazebo area with a gas bbq grill, dog stations and bike racks!

What are your rental requirements?
​We focus heavily on credit and rental history. We will look at all aspects of an application when making a decision.

How much does it cost to apply?
We do not charge application "fees" but we do require you pay $25 for a credit/background screening in TenantCloud via Transunion.

Do you charge admin fees?
No, we do not charge the typical admin fees of other property management companies. Our listings explicitly list out all charges that you can expect.

How are utilities charged?
Generally each property has a flat rate for common utilities and residents are responsible for metered utilities.

How do I pay my rent?
Rent may be paid via ACH for a small fee ($1.50 per transaction) or Credit/Debit card for a percentage based fee.

How does maintenance work?
All requests are submitted via the TenantCloud portal and then assigned to the appropriate contractor.
