Utilities/Services: Owner pays monthly HOA dues; Renter pays all other utilities including PG&E, propane, water, trash & use of community amenities. Renter provides own landscaping/gardening services; owner will provide one seasonal weed clearing service for back yard. Renter responsible to clean dryer vent upon vacating.
