Tucked away on a large property off Alba Road, this studio offers a peaceful and private atmosphere. While there are a few other units on the property, the overall setting remains quiet, tranquil, and deeply connected to nature. Suitable for 2 people only. Tenant pays utilities including sub-metered gas and electric billed monthly, Internet service of choice, plus $45/month fee for water & garbage. No laundry facilities onsite, no pets and no smoking.
