House Manager Position – Live-In Opportunity in Communal House

Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, friendly, and proactive individual to join us as the House Manager for our communal residence. As the House Manager, you’ll enjoy a credit of $600 per month toward rent and play an essential role in creating a welcoming, well-maintained home environment. In addition to living in a spacious private room, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with us to enhance and improve the shared spaces within the house. Duties include showing units to prospective residents, coordinating updates to décor and furniture, and overseeing the day-to-day functionality of the household.
House Manager Responsibilities
• Show the available units to potential new residents and provide a post-showing report
• Participate in selecting furniture and décor to refresh the home’s shared spaces (dining room, living room, kitchen, hallways)
• Perform an audit of kitchen supplies to recommend updates or replacements
• Propose color schemes for the common areas, especially the kitchen and bathrooms
• Offer additional suggestions for improving the property to create a warm, functional living space
