With regards to the included utilities noted above: Bills for all utilities will remain in the owner's name and they will pay them directly. Maximum Gas and Electric bill limit of $300, and Maximum Water bill limit of $600 however will be placed on these two utilities and the bills each month that the owner receives. This means that for any overages on these bills, the owners reserve the right/option to charge the tenant party for the overage amount only, which may go above and beyond the noted amounts above for each utility. Trash is included with no maximum limit and as-is.
