Shared coin-operated laundry is available on-site! One carport parking space is INCLUDED. Minimum one year lease. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash AND gas! Tenant only pays for electric and optional services such as cable and internet. Pets will be considered with an additional deposit, however, no aggressive breed dogs will be accepted. First months rent plus one month security deposit and any applicable pet deposits will be due at lease signing within 48 hours of an approval.
