Coming to the Monterey Peninsula for a few months and need a furnished rental? This charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modular home sits in an ideal location in the community, not far from the entrance of the community. On one side of the community you have the Pacific Grove golf links, and on the other side, you're just one block from Lover's Point Beach and the Monterey Peninsula walking path!
Approaching this lovely modular home, you'll notice the well cared for and colorful landscaping, two parking spaces (one under the carport, the other to the right of the home), patio seating areas and the home itself. You can enter the home through the carport side of the home, or via the home's front door.
Entering through the front door, you'll notice the large, well furnished, open concept living, dining and kitchen spaces. Immediately to the left of the entry is the SMART TV, equipped for a multitude of streaming capabilities. Directly next to the television space is the cozy and inviting living space, surrounding a wall mounted electric fireplace for relaxing ambiance and comfort. Moving into the open concept, large kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, gas stove, breakfast bar seating, and all the kitchen amenities you would need to make a gourmet meal. Off of the kitchen is the dining table, that can accommodate 6 comfortably.
If we head down the hallway to the bedrooms and bathrooms, you'll find the primary bedroom off to the left, with Queen-sized bed, ample closet space, and attached bathroom with both a shower stall, and a large oval tub.
Turning right off of the hallway enters you into the side entry to the home, which houses storage space, and the stacking washer and dryer, for your usage. Connected to that room is the second full bathroom with a shower over tub, which then leads into the guest suite, which can be used as a bedroom via the pull out couch, or a lounge/office area which looks upon a deck with seasonal flowers.
The exterior of the home has two outdoor seating areas. One around the firepit located in the carport, and the other is on the decking area with lovely foliage, which provides a small ocean view!
This community has strict rules when it comes to property rentals. Unfortunately usage of the community clubhouse is not an option for renters at this time.
One renter must be age 55 or older, while the second accompanied renter must be at least the age of 50.
