Our ideal stewards are clean and responsible. Home will be available October 1, 2024. Monthly rent is $2,750 with a $150 credit each month towards utilities (from the studio unit). Security deposit is equal to one month rent. Tenant is responsible for utilities, outside weeding, and yearly weed eating. We ask that everybody over the age of 18 who plans to live in the home fill out a complete application including proof of income, identity, references, and a credit/background check. We will review and consider complete applications.
