There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 additional smaller bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a king bed. French doors off the primary bedroom and dining room open to a small, fenced garden with a deck, and outdoor table. Washer/dryer included. PETS: Sorry, no pets. UTILITIES: Water/sewer included (well and septic) and garbage. Tenants pay PG&E, internet (Comcast), and propane.
