-Culligan Water Softener: The property includes a Culligan water softener with salt delivery service. Tenants are responsible for coordinating with the water company every few weeks to schedule the addition of new salt to the system as needed. The owner pays for this service.

-Avocado Tree: The avocado tree on the property is available for the tenant’s enjoyment. However, tenants are prohibited from cutting down or otherwise tampering with the tree.

-Turf Maintenance: Tenants are not permitted to use firepits on the turf. Additionally, tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and maintaining the cleanliness of the turf.

-Reverse Osmosis Water System: Tenants are responsible for coordinating with the reverse osmosis water company to replace the filter once a year. The owner pays for this service.

- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
