APPLICATIONS
Do NOT apply if you have not toured the rental home in person. You must view the inside of the rental home PRIOR to applying. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A listing is available still if it is listed on our website, HOWEVER it may be removed at ANY SECOND, even right after you submit your application. This is due to the fact that our rental applications received in-real time and our software stops accepting applications after 5 completed and qualified applications have been received.

Then the completed and qualified applications will be reviewed and approved on a first come, first serve basis. After 1-2 business days, applicants will receive an email notifying them if their application was approved or denied. Our regular business days are Monday through Friday and applications are not reviewed or approved on the weekends.

Our firm can NOT control the order or TIMING in which applications are received and by submitting your application you agree that your rental application fee is non-refundable under any and all circumstances. The reason application fees are non-refundable is because our company gets charged per digital application by a third party credit agency, regardless of application position.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS PROPERTY ONLY:
The rental decision is based on these four combined factors:

2. Positive Rental References (Paid on-time, no lease violations, no balance owed, ect.)

4. Your Lease Start Date (Typically looking to start leases the same week or next week unless stated otherwise above.)
