Tenants are not required to currently own a cat in order to obtain written 'Permission to House Pet Cats (Max 2)' prior to the lease signing. If housing a cat is desired by Incoming Tenant(s), either immediately OR in the future, it is recommended that Incoming Tenant(s) obtain written 'Permission to House Pet Cats (Max 2)' prior to lease signing.
