Details: 2 bd/ 2 ba DUAL MASTER apartment in UTC/La Jolla. Rent is $1475 per month (divided 2 if 2 people, so rent is $737.50) with water and trash included. A security deposit of 1 months rent to be returned at the end of the lease is required as well. Additional monthly expenses are SDGE (gas and electric) and internet. Estimated cost + $100.

Rent must be paid before the 1st of the month. The available room is unfurnished, the rest of the place is furnished. Lease goes through 8/18/2025 (with possibility to extend)
