- Must not have any prior evictions
- Credit score must be 700 or higher
- Income must be 3 times the monthly rent or higher
- Fully completed application and supporting documents must be submitted before we can process your application
- Everyone must complete pet screening process even though you do not own any pet
- Every person of 18 years or older must complete and submit an application
