All persons 18 years of age or older must complete and sign an application. All adult occupants must meet these minimum qualifications to be accepted.

A credit screening report must be completed; each applicant will be contacted via email by the credit screening company and must submit a non-refundable credit screening fee, paid directly to the credit screening company.
Tenant/or combined tenants must have verifiable gross income of at least 2x times the monthly rent.

After the application & credit screening approval, a single, Residential Rental Agreement & all addendums must be completed, signed, and returned. Each applicant must submit a verifiable photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID.

This is a non-smoking rental unit. No smoking allowed in units or on the premises.
Renters insurance (including minimum liability coverage of $100,000) is required during the entire tenancy. Proof of rental insurance must accompany the completed rental agreement. Owner must be listed as an additional insured on the renters' insurance policy.
The Rental Agreement and addendums must be signed by all tenants and the money order or cashier check payment for rent, deposit, and all fees must be received prior to obtaining the keys and possession of the unit.
