LIHTC Program Income Guidelines

Fitzsimons Junction is a Tax Credit property which means that federal tax credit subsidies were provided to help finance the property. Because of the subsides received, applicants must qualify to live in the community by demonstrating that their annual household income is at or below 60% of the median income for the community.

Boardwalk Property Management is partnered with Rhino to offer an upfront cash security deposit insurance policy. Residents approved through Rhino can purchase a security deposit insurance policy with Rhino at a fraction of the upfront cost. (Depending on Approval)

**Applicant has the right to provide Boardwalk Property Management with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Boardwalk Property Management with a PTSR, Boardwalk Property Management is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Boardwalk Property Management to access or use the PTSR**
