The wood burning fireplace sits in the corner of the living room next to the large balcony. From the private balcony you can see the mountains. Nearby trees help keep the balcony private. There is an additional storage area located on the balcony as well. The unit comes with a stackable washer and dryer in between the two bedrooms. The full bathroom was recently remodeled and has brand-new flooring. The home was built in 1983 and is located in School District 2. As with most units in Colorado, it does not have central AC.
