It is ~400 feet from Montrose Memorial Hospital and also walking distance to the best restaurants and coffee shops on Main St. All utilities, including gigabit fiber internet are included. This is less expensive than most unfurnished properties once you factor in utilities. 

While keeping the historic charm of this victorian building, this unit was fully remodeled with a completely new kitchen, granite countertops, new appliances, in-unit washer / dryer, and a new bathroom. Gigabit fiber internet was brought to the property and is free for our guests. All utilities included. You will be delighted at how clean, new, and fresh this apartment is! Pets are welcome as family. Most of our guests are IT or healthcare professionals who keep the apartment very clean in their stays, and love the convenience of being able to pop over and check on their pets during breaks at work. 

About the owners: Jason is a former IT consultant, and his wife Daris is an RN who was a circulator in the OR at a major hospital. Our aim is to provide a high quality place to stay in Montrose! 

Additional info: This is a fully furnished apartment with a kitchen stocked with all the dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking supplies you will need. It includes a keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave too. The bathroom is also ready with towels. The living room has new furniture and a 50" smart tv.
