Pet Restrictions

Pit Bull Terrier (American Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, Malamute, cane corso, Pit Bull Mixes, Doberman, presa canario, Wolf/Dog Hybrids, Chow, or any mixed breed of those mentioned above will not be approved.

Terms and Conditions:

To qualify, the resident's credit score must be 550 or higher, and the minimum income is 2x rent NET income (Take-home pay). All applicants over the age of 18 must apply. The application fee is $75 per adult. The application fee is non-refundable. By applying, Ember Realty will run a credit and background check. No outside credit applications or background checks will be accepted. The washer/dryer, if in the unit, has no warranty and is AS-IS. Additional deposit amounts are required for pets; monthly pet rent will apply. A minimum monthly $150 pool service fee will apply for homes with pools only. A one-time move-in fee of $199 will apply. The tenant is responsible for all lawn maintenance. If the home is tenant-occupied, restrictions may apply. A minimum of $100.000 in Renters insurance is required.
