Very comfortable room for rent in Zephyrhills, a 1 minutes to 301, 5th ave & 56, 30 minutes to Tampa Premium Outlet, 35 minutes to University of South Florida USF or 45 minutes to Ybor City.

The room is completely furnished in a very nice, quiet environment: Single occupant (NO couples). Private parking, separate entrance, 24/7 security cameras, central AC/Heat, temperature is kep around 75 degrees, queen beth, large work desk with executive chaire, 43" smart tv with table, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster (NO kitchen), roof fans, huge closet (everything is brand new) Shared bathroom. Rent includes: electric, water, garbage, wi/fi bills, and w&d laundry. The rent payment is $659.99 month to month (NO annual contract). 1st month payment, and security deposit is required. Security deposit is fully refundable if 30 days' leave-out notice is given, NO cause any damages in the property, and the room is clean & returned as it was delivered. Smoking, guns, illegal activities, house parties, pets, and others are NOT allowed. Other regulations apply

MUST BE a clean person who also keeps the room, shared bathroom, and comous areas clean

I DO NOT check past landlord references, credit history, and criminal records. However, I check proof of incomes, at least 2 personal references (NO family members), 1 current employment supervisor reference, and 1 emergency contact

MUST PROVIDE proof of legally USA citizen (SS# card) or permanent resident (Green card), and current Florida driving license (ID card)
