180/182 Firewood St

Looking for someone to sublet my room in our 3 bed 2 bath apartment at 182 Firewood St from May 2025 to July 2026. My room has its own bathroom and shower, and a closet and an attic for more storage. The third bedroom has a bed if you would like friends/family to visit and have a place to crash for the night. Rent is 700 with no pet, and 725 with a pet, not including utilities. Our apartment is about 15 min from UGA. I have one other roommate (male) who is a graduate student at UGA in neuroscience. Super cool guy with an adorable golden retriever, so if you're not OK with dogs then ignore this post. The apartment comes with a full range kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. We are responsible for lawn maintenance, which is basically just mowing the lawn every now and then in the spring/summer. We are right across from a Walmart and dog park which has been very convenient. Due before move in is a security deposit (one months rent) and a pet deposit if you have a pet (one months rent) which will be returned at the end of the lease in full if you or your pet don't damage the apartment. There will also be a background/credit check.
