10pm-9am quiet hours
Clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen. No dirty dishes left in the sink.
Recycle and compost as much possible
No smoking in the house

Common spaces without TVs
We’ve intentionally designed our home to encourage conversation and community and have a policy of no TVs or screens permanently on display in common spaces. You’re welcome to keep one in your room.
