Rent for this home is only $2,195.00 per month and includes routine trash and recycling. With an approved application and credit score of 620 or higher, the security deposit is generally $2,195.00. If approved with a slightly lower credit score, at least a double deposit may be required. If approved, the security deposit must be paid and lease signed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ACCEPTANCE in order to secure the home and remove it from the market.

QUALIFICATION INFORMATION:
Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income.
CREDIT SCORE- 620 or higher is required. If accepted with a slightly lower credit score, at least a double deposit would be required. If accepted with a credit score of 620 or higher the security deposit is generally the same as 1 month’s rent ($2,195.00).
RENTAL HISTORY- We verify applicants are in good standing with their current and/or previous landlords and that no unpaid rent or fees are due to current and/or previous landlord.
INCOME REQUIREMENT is 3.5x the market rent (minimum of $7,682.50 total combined monthly income).

APPLICATIONS & FEES:
Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place an application. NO ZILLOW APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED. The only applications accepted are through our company website at rentbhgaugusta.com. There is a one-time admin fee of $75.00 (total), which is only due if approved and at the same time as first month's rent.
PLEASE NOTE --> We are only able to hold a unit for a move-in scheduled for up to 2 WEEKS from the date of acceptance IF the security deposit is paid AND the lease is signed by all applicants within 48 HOURS of acceptance. Acceptance generally is known within 48 hours of someone placing their application(s).
