Ko Olina Fairways is one of 5 communities in the Ko Olina Resort Area, http://koolina.com/. It is one of two communities that will give you more than 2 parking stalls (4), for your rental, 2 car garage and 2 parking in driveway. The Fairways offers you a swimming pool, bbq grills and covered tables for you to enjoy the outdoor weather of Hawaii.

Aliinui Drive, connects all the communities to the man made Lagoons which has a pathway connecting all of the Lagoons.

Ko Olina Resort is the home of Lagoons, Communities, Golf Course, Ocean Activities, and other resort style living. Available now is a Ko Olina Fairways rental that is an upstairs, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with approximately 850 square feet. Appliances are newer and they include, washer/dryer, stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and disposal. Each room does come with a split a/c unit for more comfortable settings. There is a two car garage with 2 additional parking spaces on the driveway.

Cable and Internet is included per the associations agreement with Spectrum, it could end at anytime at the discretion of the Board. In addition, water, sewer and internet is also included. There is a community pool, bbq grills and pool furniture for all residents to use. The Ko Olina Sports Club allows use to the fitness center, ocean activities and use of the tennis courts, there is an additional cost to get access to these privileges.
