Located on its own quarter-acre of land, well-separated and distanced from the other house far behind it, this home has its own fenced-in yard (great for pets) and a beautiful lava rock wall acting as a divider between the properties.

Along with tremendous privacy and quiet, this property also offers innumerable examples of natural beauty, thanks to the surrounding lush, tropical landscaping. Look out your front door or any of your windows and you are met with the rich greens, yellows, pinks, and purples of different palms, bougainvillea, guava trees, loquat trees, bamboo, bananas, and flowers. Lounge on the deck and watch the yellows, oranges, and reds of the setting sun and afterglow.

You will have your own washer and dryer in the covered carport. The carport allows covered parking for one vehicle; additional parking for up to two more cars is available in the driveway.
