About Us
We've lived in the QC all of our lives, and for the last couple decades, we've called Bettendorf home. We successfully raised two children in this house and have built many wonderful memories here. As they've grown and moved into their own homes, we've decided to follow our dreams and become digital nomads to explore the country and the world.
As such, this isn't an investment property to us; this is our home. We specifically made numerous renovation decisions based off of durability and quality rather than focusing on a pretty facade to get people in. We have future plans to further improve this property in 2025 & 2026 including siding, windows, and driveway. In the mean time, if you can think of another improvement we might agree on, let us know and we'll work with our on-staff contractor and maintenance person to see if we can accommodate.
