3 bedroom 1 bathroom home located on the West Side (1310 Villa Ave) all on one level. One of the bedrooms in this home can only be accessed by walking through another of the bedrooms. There is a large yard. Street Parking Only. No Garage. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas/electric/water/garbage). Tenant is also responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Washer and Dryer hookups are on the main floor. Pets are allowed. Pet fee ranges from $25-$100 per month depending on situation. 

Deposit: $1,195 / Monthly Rent: $1,195

Our rental process works as follows. 

Step 1: Come take a look at the home during one of the scheduled open house days:

           1. Wednesday, September 25th from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Step 2: Fill out an application if it is the place for you. There is $30 application fee. There are three things you will need to qualify.

          1. All applicants combined must gross at least $3,000 per month.

          2. At least one applicant needs at minimum 1 year of continuous rental history.

          3. No evictions or even eviction filings can be present on rental history during the background check.

Step 3: Sign a lease and put down the deposit to hold the property.   We will not write up a lease until you have money to pay the deposit.

Step 4: Get utilities in your name as of the date of your move-in. 

Step 5: Pay 1st month's rent. 

Step 6: Move in.
