This unit will include hardwood floors and carpet throughout. In addition to the apartment, our clubhouse is perfect for renting out for any special event with a fireplace and plenty of seating. A fitness center is accessible 24 hours a day. In the summer months, enjoy our award winning pool. There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenant pays a $65 flat fee for W/S/T in addition to rent.

Pet policy: Pets will be approved on a case by case basis, breed restrictions apply. Fees: $450 non refundable fee per pet. Pet rent for dogs $50/mo. for cats $35/mo. We do not charge deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. Please note, select units have pet restrictions, the applicant is to verify all information.

A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $150 will be due at lease signing. A $350 floor cleaning fee will be due and payable at move out.
