Monthly cost includes $1,650 rent + utilities based on credit/background report. Applicants with poor credit must expect that the rental rate will be increased to offset risk. Total move-in cost is 1st months rent + Security Deposit of 1-month’s rent.  Lease terms range from 6-24 months but month-to-month options are available at a higher price point.

Management does not eliminate prospects based on poor credit or other past situations,  but the rent may be adjusted accordingly to offset the risk, but not an automatic decline! All tenants must submit for a background check, but again results are not an eliminating factor, simply a basis to gather information and rents are adjusted based on scores.  Those tenants are approved will have their fee credited on their first rent fee.

Pets are welcome but do incur an incremental $50 per month rental charge for each pet plus a $250 deposit.
