We do not allow pets, unless service or companion animals with proper documentation

We require renter's insurance with a minimum of $50,000 in liability and for Walker Properties to be listed as an interested third party (mortgagee/ certificate holder) so we are notified of any renewals, changes, or cancelations. 

Resident(s) are responsible for all utilities, lawn care, fridge, washer and dryer.  Irrigation is paid for by the owner.
