This includes, but is not limited to, feces, urine, vomit, or any other mess that occurs in or around the Property.<br>ii. <strong>Pet Waste:</strong> The Tenant must ensure that pet waste is properly disposed of in a timely manner. Any pet waste left in common areas or yards must be cleaned up immediately.<br>c. <strong>Odor Control:</strong> The Tenant is responsible for controlling and eliminating any unpleasant odors caused by their pets.</p><p><strong>b. Damage to Property</strong></p><p>i. <strong>Responsibility for Damage:</strong> The Tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the Property, including but not limited to, scratches, chewing, chewing, stains, or any other form of damage.<br>ii. <strong>Security Deposit Deductions:</strong> The Landlord reserves the right to deduct the cost of repairing or cleaning any damage caused by the pet from the Tenant’s security deposit. The Landlord will provide an itemized list of any deductions and the corresponding costs.</p><p><strong>d. Compliance with Laws</strong></p><p>i. The Tenant agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding pet ownership, including licensing and vaccination requirements.</p>
