This apartment was just recently fully remodeled!! New washer and dryer in apartment. New backsplash in kitchen, new countertop, new paint throughout the apartment. Bathroom fully remodeled with new shower, toilet and sink with tile flooring. Large kitchen with three large windows. Can be two bedroom or one bedroom with office space, living room. Small mud room upon entrance of apartment. Allows up to three pets maximum, medium size dogs and under only. There is a $10.00 monthly fee added to rent for each pet. Pets HAVE to be potty trained, no pee pads allowed. There is a $50.00 pet deposit that is fully refundable upon moving out if there is no damage. Available March 3, 2025. If would like to hold apartment there is a $200.00 deposit which will be credited to deposit upon moving in, if don't take apartment it will not be refundable. Heat, trash removal service, sewer included. Hot water and electric are tenants' responsibility. Cable/internet is a Spectrum building only, no satellite dishes, and no additional wires added into apartment or outside.
