Applicants must have 3 months proof of income indicating they make at least 3x rent ($2700) per month. Pre screening calls will be accepted Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-noon. Showings will be scheduled for you after prequalification!

Step 2. If you are prequalified you will be invited to tour the home and submit an application. $55 application fee per adult includes criminal background check, eviction report and credit history.
