This home is available for in person tours. It has been previously owner occupied, very clean, and in great condition. Move in dates are flexible, we are looking for a 16-24 month lease with option to renew after that.

Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo)
