Restrictions are as followed:

Units are rented to households making less than 60% of AMI. In 2021-2022, this means that units must be rented to households making less than the following amounts:

• $44,100 for one person
• $50,400 for two people
• $56,700 for three people

~TENANT REQUIREMENTS~

- All rent payments/deposits are done electronically must have a checking account and have basic connectivity to a computer and/or smart phone with internet.
- Tenant/landlord communications/maintenance requests are handled via TenantCloud app or email ONLY. 

- 575+ credit score {550-574 will be considered with first/last month rent plus security deposit}
- Good rental history (i.e.: no evictions, on time rent payments, left previous units in good repair.)
- NO Convictions for violent crime in the past 5-yrs.
- No bankruptcies in the last 7 years. Must be discharged.
- No more than 1 pet, shall be permitted in unit at any time.
