Thank you for your interest in the building. In order to streamline the application process you must fill out ALL fields in order for the application to be reviewed. Omission of residential history and income history will result in an indefinite pending review

- renter’s history - 

- if you lived in an apartment: please submit your landlord’s name and contact info

- If you lived in a dorm: please submit your RA’s name, phone and email. They must be your RA. A general university staff member will not suffice.

- proof of ability to pay- 

- if your parents are paying for rent:  please enter as much of their employment info as you can. please put their name and contact information under “supervisor” fields

- if you have a 529: please provide the latest statement of the balance on the account. You can redact any personal information you do not want me to see however you cannot redact your name.

-if you are paying for rent

- if you are employed: I will need your latest paystub. You can redact any personal information you do not want me to see however you cannot redact your name.

- if you will start a new job: i will need your employment information in the forms of employment acceptance letter and statement that lists your salary

-  If you are on scholarship or financial aid: please provide proof of funds available in the following forms: bank statement, grant approval letter, proof of scholarships. 

If you want this application process to run smoothly, please let your RA’s or landlords know they will be contacted. Also if your parents are paying for rent, please let know I will be reaching out to ask about their employment.
