STAY REQUIREMENTS: 
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. 

FEES: 
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. 

RATES & PAYMENTS: 
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

DESCRIPTION:
This is a top floor, walk up condominium unit with majestic and unobstructed ocean views that make you want to drop everything and gaze out on the Atlantic. The eastern side of the living room features wall-to-wall glass including a sliding door; you won’t miss out on nature’s beauty and you may even see some dolphins. When you are ready to get out on the beach, you will appreciate the private access to a beautiful stretch of sand located between Lifeguard stations 9 and 11.

Coral Surf is an oceanfront condominium community located just two blocks from the lake, and a 12-minute walk to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Coral Surf boasts a community pool, private beach walkway and rinse-off shower all included. Please note that the complex manages the shared pool and it is seasonal.
