Walking in you’ll climb the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower with a dual head shower. The other 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, the other with a twin bed with trundle, and a twin day bed both have smart TVs and share the hall bathroom with a step-in shower. The stacked washer & dryer are found on this floor. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that access a deck.
The top floor is where all the family gathering is done. The living room is comfortable, light, and airy with plentiful windows. The dining room table seats 4 and is perfect for meals, a card game, or working on a puzzle. The large and well-appointed kitchen has a generous island for meal prep or the meal itself. The island seats another 4. For convenience, there is a half bath. The bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The great room and the bedroom both access a deck.

The exterior is almost as good as the interior with a hot and cold running enclosed outside shower and outside dining set. Located a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Your days will be spent collecting shells and shark’s teeth on the beach and your evenings enjoying a glass of wine with your group while listening to waves crash on the beach.

Located only 2.1 miles from the center of Surf City, you are a 12-minute trip by car to the many unique shops and great restaurants that Topsail has to offer. Should you grow tired of our unspoiled beach (as if that’s possible) or you have a rainy day, head just over the bridge. On the mainland side of Surf City, you’ll find the close, convenient grocery stores (Food Lion, Neighborhood Wal-Mart, Publix) as well as fun shops, restaurants, and activities.
