3.7 - CC&R SECTION - ANIMALS

A. Two (2) pets per household are allowed to be kept within the residence. All pets must be kept on leashes at all times when outside of the residence. All pets shall not cause excessive noise or any damage within the property. Pet owners are financially liable for their pet if it causes damage or injuries to other neighbors or to the common area. Owners and their tenants or residents are responsible for picking up animal waste for their pets. Owners that are reported not following these rules may be fined and reported to Animal Control.

Tenant to pay additional $95 monthly landscaping and additional $50 for home located in Las Vegas to cover trash and sewer and $25 for homes located in Henderson to cover trash.
