(OSU Fall/Winter/Spring Terms ONLY).

• ALL utilities, trash, WIFI, water, yard maintenance, bi-monthly housekeeping, security system, cleaning supplies/detergents/paper-goods, etc. are paid for by the owner.
• No pets, smoking, drug use, or loud parties.
• Applicants must be female students at Oregon State University, no exceptions.
• Credit Score of 650+ required (If a Co-signer is required they must have 3 times rental income).
• $1500 Security Deposit, first full month's rent, and $150 Application Fee due upon signing of Lease.
• Renter's Insurance is required.
• All Rooms are SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
• Rent (depending on room) is $985-$1225 per month.
