Application Submission: We will begin accepting applications for this property at: 2/24/25 at 8am. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete. Pet Policy: Up to two pets allowed. There is an additional security deposit of $250/pet and $25/month pet rent.

Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power/water/sewer (EWEB) and internet/cable if desired. Refuse service is paid by owner.

Laundry: Home includes an in-building laundry room.

Landscaping: Owner/building is responsible for exterior landscaping.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

Move-In Notice: Building rules require one-week's notice to building management before moving in furniture and other heavy items. Please discuss your move-in date with us during the application process.

First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $45 per adult applicant.

Financial Responsibility: Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
