Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets may be allowed, but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power, water & sewer, natural gas, refuse service, and internet/cable if desired.
Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer hookups.
Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care.
