Costs: There is a one-time $240.00 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee, $300 monthly utility fee, which covers all utilities, plus streaming YouTube live TV, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping.
