This is for single adults or college students . Located just blocks from Treasure Valley Community College. This is a newly remodeled house with 4 separate bedrooms for rent. Each private room has a window, sink, locked door, vanity, and desk. All utilities are included. Wi-Fi and trash is included. There is a large kitchen with separate cabinets for storage space, full refrigerator, stove, huge microwave, and large sink. There is another half kitchen space, besides the full kitchen. There is a computer area that has a full color printer and scanner. One toilet room, and a separate new shower room. Separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Vacuum and some basic cleaning supplies provided. Shared closet area. Shared living room area with a nice Roku Flat screen TV. The landscaping is done for you. Private designated parking space. Large grass yard. Tenants are responsible for keeping front and back entryways safe and shoveled with no snow and ice during winter months. Once a month cleaning of common areas included in rent. This is a month-to-month lease. First and last month's rent with the deposit is due before move in . Small dogs or pets will need to be pre-approved by the Landlord before hand and an extra monthly fee will be due. Due to allergies of the owners of the building there is no smoking of any kind on or near the property and no unapproved pets, No cats allowed. No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs of any kind on or near the property. 10pm is quiet time. This is not a party house. We are excited to share our home with you and treat you like family.
