There are, In addition to the Master bedroom unit (owner-occupant):

1 Private bedroom w/ private bathroom and
2 Private bedrooms with shared bathroom

In addition to the shared common areas, there is a bonus room that is shared by the three above private bedroom occupants.

Utilities:
Landlord: Water, Sewer, Garbage
Co-Tenants: Electric, Gas, and Internet, pro-rated based upon number of co-tenants occupying home, to be split evenly among all co-tenants.

This is an individual rental agreement where you will be responsible for the rent of your bedroom only, and any shared co-tenant expenses.


Approval is a two part process:
1. Must be approved by Master Co-Tenant before applying to Livingstone Properties, LLC. Send an inquiry and we will provide Master Co-Tenant contact information.
2. Then, Co-Tenant must apply to Livingstone Properties, LLC and be approved for their processes.

Deposits: 2X's rent for fully qualified individual. Others may be considered with increased deposit.

Co-Tenant must also provide a $150 roommate deposit to the Master Tenant.
