Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets may be allowed, but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.

Utilities: Tenants pay a flat utility fee of $350, which includes power, water/sewer, refuse, internet and landscaping in front and back yard. The utility fee will be added to the rent amount for a total rent of $2,925. Tenants are only responsible for establishing/pay Natural Gas services.

Laundry: Home includes washer/dryer hookups in the utility room.

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping/exterior care in the backyard. Owner/Agent provides landscaping services for front yard.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, and these activities are not allowed on the property.

First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $40 per adult applicant.

Financial Responsibility: Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
