525 Broadway

Welcome to 525 Broadway Ave!  Our six-unit apartment building is located in the heart of the Stowe Township downtown area.  Broadway Avenue, and the surrounding community, is home to many neighborhood conveniences, including various businesses, restaurants, stores and smaller shops, as well as the township's municipal, police, and fire department services.

525 Broadway is located about 10 minutes, by car, from downtown Pittsburgh, and also sits directly on the Port Authority bus line.

The building itself is secured by a shared, keyless entryway, with individually assigned codes.  Mailboxes are located in the lobby, inside, each with it's own key.  Individual apartment units are further accessed by keyed deadbolts.

A shared, coin-operated laundry area is located in the basement, where additional tenant storage is also available.

Unit #5, located on the third floor, on the front side of the building is a two bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom apartment, with laminate, hardwood floors, and overlooks Broadway Avenue. 

Each bedroom includes multiple built-in shelved, closets (3 in one, and 2 in the other), as well as ceiling fans.  The kitchen includes a sizable, shelved pantry, refrigerator, and electric oven/range combo, and cabinets.  The living room also includes a ceiling fan and connects to the bathroom, which includes a full-size tub/shower.

Fire escape, multiple smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are included in the unit, as well.

Parking is unassigned/on-street/first come, first served, and is located on surrounding streets around the building, if needed.

Building-assigned dumpster is located outside, for tenant-use.
